Defining success of Future Forward Festival is about how the community engage and the impact it leaves. Some metrics we will look for and monitor during the process are:

Attendance: Our aim is to welcome attendees to our festival, creating a vibrant atmosphere of celebration and community engagement. Through monitored FREE ticket registrations, and gate entries, we will track
attendance to gauge the festival’s reach and impact.

Public Health Awareness: We seek to empower attendees with essential knowledge and resources on public health topics. By monitoring participation rates and conducting pre- and post-event surveys, we will
assess the effectiveness of our efforts in raising awareness and promoting healthy behaviors.

Community Connections: Our festival serves as a catalyst for building connections and collaborations within our community. By facilitating networking opportunities and fostering partnerships among attendees,
artists, organizations, and sponsors, we aim to strengthen our collective impact and create lasting relationships.

Assessment: We are committed to evaluating the festival’s impact on attendees and the broader community. Through follow-up surveys, interviews, and media monitoring, we will assess changes in attitudes,
behaviors, and awareness related to art and public health topics, as well as gauge the festival’s visibility and reputation

Civic Engagement: We really want to ensure people are civicly engaged with the offerings/public providers vending at the event and will communicate and brief with community providers to ensure internal goals for the festival were met.
